Default 42" XMitter Beamshot Photos here!!!

What you've all been waiting for: Beamshots from the XMitter bar. Sorry these are preliminary and not compared to my HID's. All photo groups are shot with the same exposure. Keep in mind - the bar is merely resting on the pushbar of my patrol car. Also, it was raining and foggy out, so there is a slight white haze and the light didn't go as far as it would on a clear day. The first three photos are as follows:

1. Patrol car, low beams only
2. Patrol car, high beams only
3. Patrol car, only XMitter bar activated.

The next two are of an industrial complex across the canal and across the street - The first is with no illumination at all and the second is with the XMitter bar:

This last photo shows it on the push bar of my patrol car with all of my lights activated. IT's so bright, it washed everything away.

This thing is positively amazing! On my next day off, I will take photos against the HID's.

Is the light spread out a lot more as opposed to just going strait out in front? Are you getting more peripheral vision ?

First, thanks for posting these - the anticipation was building for sure.

That's INSANE! Looks like you could catch a nasty sunburn just walking in front of it!

My Lightforce lights were only $250 and do a great job. I could add a lot more lights for $1600.

Answers to questions:

1: Yes - the periferal view you get is incredible.
2: I stood in fron t of my cruiser with great difficulty. I have a headache today... I wonder if this is why?
3: It's not actually mounted to my patrol car - I was demonstrating this by resting it on my push bumper. As soon as I make a bracket (on Friday), it will be mounted on my Jeep.

The photos just can't dop this thing justice. There is no substitute for seeing this thing work in real life. The light is just so pure, clean and even, it's hard to fathom.
