I find the guys in the shop are great and the prices are pretty good, but hell they can frustrate you!! I ordered 4 differet things on four different ocassions all from differnt manufacture and they were all missing key componants. Frustrating !! But thy gave me a credit and most ofthe guys at the shop were nice about it.

So I'm still on the fence about what I think about them

 

Oh, they were very friendly to me. I didn't even bother calling about the shock boot. The tires were a hassle, and despite being kept on hold for literally 45 minutes, they shipped the correct size out quickly.

Still, to me even hearing someone say "They have great customer service. Fixed my problem quick." doesn't mean much. The words that stand out to me there are "fixed" and "problem". I understand that with the sheer quantity of business they do, there are bound to be mistakes. But I'd prefer to hear, "I really don't know about their customer service...I've never needed it!"

 

im sure if someone lives local to a 4wheelparts shop it might be a lil different! But ordering over the phone an having shipped to ur door step seems to be a different story!!! The last wheels and tires i order took over a month to get here and no one would ever fill me in on why it took so long!

 

OO and to top it off i really needed this stuff in by this week seeing how im leaving staurday for a week long hunting trip in the West Virginia mountains and could really really use some traction! These stock tires just dont do it up there lol!!!!

 

Busta is a great source and has always taken care of me. Wheelparts and 4WD are sister companies. I would start with him on your problems. There has only been a few items that show on 4wheelparts website that dont show on 4WD's but im sure they could get whatever. Next order call Da Busta!!!

 

It sucks that you are getting jerked around.

I call the one about 40 miles away. I speak to a fella there and he seems to shoot it to me straight.

 

Yea busta has been alot of help but at this point it is out of his hands!! Just said when a customer spends hard earned money and they get jerked around!!! This will be the last time i order a damn thing thru them

Seriously, I had a problem recently with them. They have a weird shipping setup from from warehouse, but will get it right eventually. They gave me a break on price due to their screw ups and everybody is happy.
Patience grasshopper. Nothing is easy with these damn JKs.

 

I've had it with 4 wheel parts! Will never buy from them again.
4 wheel hardware is good to go in my book.

 

It's all the same shit did day in Portland 100 items 1000 problems. They suck.
