Default 4WHEELPARTS beware

ok I ordered 5 knight chrome rims from these idiots and they sent me 4chrome and 1 knight chrome, they mounted and balanced them... its hard to tell they are different when you look at 4 out af 5 and they look the same then people start telling me that the one looks darker, plus the angle you look at them makes them look different., and the one is definately darker.....I unwrapped one from the palet and looked at the rest thru the top of the wrapping after they got delivered and left them wrapped so they wouldnt get covered in ice and snow....well I got my lift put on this week and now the tires are on my jeep and they wont exchange them, I asked to just have rims shipped and I would pay to have them switched.... they refused and offfered me 200bucks, less then the price of one freakin rim....the also never shipped me lugnuts i ordered and tried telling me they arent on the invoice so we didnt ship them, yeah well thats nice but they are on my confirmation email and on my credit card bill GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

ok sorry for the long rant, BEWARE!!!! IF YOU ORDER RIMS TO CHECK THEM ALL OUT, SILLY ME FOR THINKING THEY GOT IT RIGHT

I wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. It's their mistake. They need to fix it.

I got on the phone with a manager, and he wont do anything, he wont do anything because i drove on them, 18mi...I understand they dont know its onyl 18mi but at first the way they wanted to correct it was they would ship me all new wheels and tires, becuase they came mounted and balanced....but then no because they are on jeep and they want them back first before they send new ones, then they went to how about we give you one new chrome one to match the other wrong 4 wee sent you, so I said yeah I take 5 wrong ones that will make it all better

Sorry for your stress...

I had a slightly different story ending in the same frustration with them a number of years ago and avoid them at all costs now. The mistake they made wasn't the bigger issue, but the way they spoke to my wife(who actually made the purchase for me)was.

They are different from store to store, but I don't really like going to any store because I always feel like I'm dealing with a car salesman when buying the simplest part. If you don't negotiate with them, you end up paying too much. I just want to deal with people who sell their stuff at a decent fixed price that I can trust.

That really sucks, I would definately try to get someone higher up, this stuff aint cheap and I think I would kill someone if I spent that much and they said, too bad.

I have had terrible experiences with this company..... They suck and I would avoid at any and all costs. Customer service is a joke. Broken promises and a bunch of bs on the phone is what I ended up with. Then when issue 1 was resolved, they offered me a $40 dollar gift card for my inconvenience. So, I used it on their site. Ordered a hi lift jack and isolator. According to them, "both" items were shipped. UPS delivered one, the isolator. I called them and they told me I was lying and that I received both according to their records. When I explained that the dumb asses could look at the UPS shipping label and see that the package they delivered only weighed .8 lbs that something was wrong. After two days of arguing with mgmt, they finally agreed that a mistake was made....

Never again will I ever deal with them!!!

oh yeah and I'm still waiting for my 100gift card from this order 12/31 and another 50card from an order from 11/19...they tried telling me it just takes 4-8weeks....rediculous
