The 2016 Crew Cheif concept truck uses non-directional 40" military tires.
The back seat picture is from the 2005 Gladiator concept. There haven't been many pictures of the interior of the JL, but those would be a better representation of the JLT than a 12 year old concept.

The last picture with the suicide rear doors is not the same vehicle as the prior picture, which seems to have ordinary JK half doors that hinge in the front and don't have a window frame. And FWIW that picture has very little rear seat leg room. Also it looks much like the concept vehicle picture has the hood lowered about 4-5" and the top is lowered by a similar amount. With the ordinary JK seats, you'd have limited headroom as well. That concept won't go into production.
If one were to make a normal JKU (/JLU) into a pickup then the obvious thing to do is eliminate the rear seat in favor of a bed. There is still only 35" and change between the wheel wells. One could also utilize what is otherwise rear "foot" space below the level of the cargo bay floor as sub-floor storage boxes.
I mean, there are ways to do it. This article doesn't shed much light on it. If they want to make a "traditional" truck then the tub we are used to for the Jeep will end behind the rear seats and then the bed will be a separate piece of bodywork like an ordinary truck. In that case they can lengthen it as needed, rather than the concept vehicles that are basically JK/JLs. I imagine from the B pillar forward, any JL pickup will be identical to a JL unlimited. From the B pillar back will likely be just closing up the rear bodywork around the cab, and then a normal-looking pickup truck bed will be fitted with the requisite fender flares but probably with less internal tire clearance (and therefore less intrusive wheel wells) than a normal JLU, perhaps with restricted rear wheel uptravel to make this work.
