Advice on total overhaul of my jk...
Dont waste your money on the Borla Long tubes.
They sound great at idle and low rpm but the straight through design on the driver's side makes it sound horrible once you get above ~2500 rpm so you will need a very quite muffler to compensate. I ran a flowmaster 44 at first and then added a magnaflow resonator on top of that to get the sound decent.
More importantly, they lose power. I lost 10 whp and about the same torque. I tried to contact Borla via email and they just ignored me.

I'm only running the Ripp headers and no supercharger. It doesn't make sense to mix and match when they already have the tunes worked out. I would imagine you would spend several hundred getting someone to adjust the tune for the Borla headers. TOTL also said he lost power when he went to Borla.
I got my headers for a steal, $600 BNIB, so it was easy for me to buy them. The quality is to notch and it is nice to have the catalytic converters. The install was easy and it bolted up to my factory exhaust. The Ripp headers also make a terrible raspy noise above 3000rpms, but I haven't installed the included Flowmaster Hushpower resonator. The only small complaint I have is with the crossover pipe, it hangs a little lower than I like. I'm not running the Ripp tune for the headers yet, I need to sell my hypertech before I can buy the Intune. I notice a little more top end but I notice a significant gain in the part throttle mid range. There is a local hill that I had to climb in 3rd gear and now I can climb it in 4th gear.
