AEV customer service
Does anyone have any experience with AEV's customer service?
I have a small problem, but getting ahold of them seems to suck. I tried their email contact with no luck on sending out the email. I even used my home and work computer but their system would not accept my submission. So I called and spoke with a guy on Monday morning and he transfered me. I left a message with the new guy on Monday. I called him back at least once on Monday. Then I called Tuesday a couple of times and now the guy recommended to me's voice mail says he is out until Nov 8. So I called back and left a message for the original guy. Still no response. I called this morning (Wed) and their general tech help (automated system) sent me to voicemail. I left another message and still no response.
