Default Aev procal and winching

Anybody have success using the procal for increased idle? I don't seem to be able to get it to work. Dip switches are set and with the engine running I plug in the procal and set parking brake. When I try to increase idle with the dimmer it's a no go. Am I doing something wrong? Has anybody tried this feature?

1. engine running
2. Set parking brake. do this before plugging in procal because it looks to have it set first.
3. plug in procal with the switches set.
4. adjust idle with dimmer switch.

If that does not work try setting the dimmer down about first and then try again.

Hope that helps

Only thing I'm doing different is plugging in before applying brake. I'll give a try tomorrow and see if it works. Thanks
