I really regret not getting the expedition 1 bumper with the tire carrier that opens with the rear tailgate

I second that and not to mention the terrible customer service... or rather lack of it. i've sent emails, left phone messages and also posted on this forum, but still no response. At least these bumpers came with Jeep when I bought it.
Any thing that says Rugged Ridge on it... Quality control sucks, Customer service sucks more, never had to return products 2X before, E-mailed them so they could help,or make it right and no reply. Guess they don't need my money anymore.l
Thats strange, I love my Gen 2 no squeeks or anything. Can't tell about customer services from LoD, I bought mine from David at Northridge!! I just wish I would have ordered the back up lights so I could have already filled those holes.
If going with 35" boots, don't BB.
Bought the Daystar Comfort Ride polyurethane 2 3/4" spacers.
Comes with rear swaybar spacer brackets, 1" BL, and 1 3/4" coil spacers.
Instructions seemed to have been typed up by a pre-schooler. (instructions were absolutely useless)
- didn't note some crucial steps to be wary of, such as disconnecting the steering shaft so as not to damage it when lifting the body. As well de-hanging the rear brake lines from the rear hangers to not stretch them.
- Give you enough loctite to coat maybe 4 18mm bolts out of 12 (2010 models have 10)
- No replacement grip lock washers when removing the bolts that destroy factory ones.
- No solution or mention provided that when lifting the body up in a JK, the manual transmission stick snags on the sound dampening boot which causes the top gears to pop out. Somewhat rectified with 80 dollar Rough Country 1" stick spacer, but is still junk.
-2010 models have 2 less body mount isolators in the rear - kit still comes with 12 regardless (spare parts, but shows companies lack of attention to detail even with me informing them...I don't care how big they are)
- Because of Chrysler having the 2 less body mounts, there is a lot of tension on the 2 rear isolators that are there, resulting in an unbearable squeek which I haven't gotten around to rectifying yet.
- 1" gap in front grill from the bumper is ugggggggly
- I sent Daystar an email with all these points, and haven't received a reply in months. At the end of the day, with all the extra parts and kit, I spent 500 bucks if not more.
I will be getting the AEV 3" Premium kit come non winter weather.
Don't do what I did - I tried polishing a piece of turd.

Smitty built rear bumper and tier carrier. Im on my 3rd one. The post that holds the tier carrier to the bumper has been welded crooked on two and the third one is in route. It has taken two people to latch the tier carrier. Thus i cant get in the back of my jk unless i go over the back seat

The fronts side front to back, not side to side... My wife has a hard time getting in the Jeep with these mats, because they move as she is trying to get in. So far, I am keeping the mats because I paid good money for them, but I wonder if there is a "safety" exposure here. I am no expert and don't know what to do with them.
I am surprised Quadratech would not only sell these, but actually put their name on it.
