I have mixed feelings about quadratec... I've ordered a few things from them and had a couple issues. Not saying i won't buy from them but if they could match northridge 4x4's customer service, if would make the company a lot better.

 

Haven't had any trouble with Quadratec. Love the size of the parts catalog! And with free shipping to forum members...I will definitely keep shopping from them as long as they have what I am looking for.

 

I prefer quadratec seem to have competive prices wonderful customer service but if I need something quick or see how something looks in personI'll go to 4 wheel parts

 

I also get the items backordered and I have called and not got the free shipping. Is it a pain yeah, but I eventually get my stuff and its not like i am getting parts that are vital to making my jeep run. It would be nice to see if the item is in stock or not and it would also be nice to get you emails returned .

 

Type the quadratec number into google shopping and you can add to cart with no shipping... As for the backorders they are terrible ive cancelled prolly half my orders with them. If i pm them on the forum for orders its already a week before it gets entered

 

Havent shopped with them yet. Buy there site is really expensive

 

Always had good things with them . But now I shop at Morris 4x4 Prices are just better and you can us pay-pal .

 

Thought I'd throw this out there for the debate. I guess the guys are trying to make it easier for us forum members to get our discount with a new link log in. I PMd them and they sent me a quick link with a code. Really easy and free shipping so I have no complaints. I've learned to call ahead for availability or talk to an order specialist online first. I'll continue to shop quadratec.

 

i love quadratec ! i have always recieved EXCELLENT customer service , and the reps have ALWAYS been professional and courteous . a few times items have been backordered and only once did i cancel an order and get it somewhere else because i was in a hurry . i will continue to order from them as long as they keep up the good work . and the catalogs are like the sears wishbook used to be to kids around christmas time !

 

I just ordered 3 items from them on May 15, mid-day, all 3 items "Bestop products" shipped within minutes of each another from the same location. The largest item came in 2 days, the smallest item came in 6 days, and the third item, I still don't have............They are using Fed-Ex now???? They should go back using UPS ...... that is what you get for FREE shipping. I have 98% percent of my items from them, what is going on.....I may try Northridge 4X4 with my next order of control arms.........
