new trans... clutch and flywheel.......

@ 3000 miles.......

never buy a jk on a monday or a friday

Glad to see you were warrantied without a fight. If anything water in the dif, would have been a flag at most places. not the 33s.
that's besides the point, what I'm pointing out is that they are aftermarket larger (yes even just slightly) tires and the dealership has every right to say no because of this, whether I agree with it or not
agreed the JK's are wider and heavier, I'll say that yes that should about equal out....

...hey blk-jk23, i've got a 2010 2-dr, 6-spd on it's way. could you expand on what happened and how it was dealt with by your dealer?

You may also want to extend your axle breather tubes.

Interesting, I just had an issue with my clutch at 6k. They are ordering parts to replace the clutch under warranty. I thought I had a belt loose, it was squealing with the clutch out and quiet when I pressed the clutch. They said it needed to be replaced. Seems strange with such low mileage.
