So there I was on Saturday doors off in 70 degree weather. And tomorrow it will be near 0 degrees and I'll be pulling cars out of ditches in the expected 6-10 inches of snow with 4-foot drifts. Oklahoma. Go figure.

WHAT?! I thought Michigan was the only state that can reach up to 100 degrees one day and drop down to 0 the next. We have all 4 seasons within a week and thats normal

I know that you are not being completely truthful. When I was in USAF on Guam I was offered two assignments: Oklahoma and U.P. Michigan. All of the SAC guys I worked with are like, "Man, U.P. That's choice assignment! Great fishing. Outstanding hunting." Now this here San Diego boy was a bit leary of that. So, I asked my roomie, who'd served several years at K.I. Sawyer in U.P. He asked me, "Mark, when are you arriving?" "Well, Mike, after I take a couple week of enroute leave, probably in early September." "Too bad, Mark, you're going to miss the two weeks of summer they have!" I immediately called Military Personnel and told them I wanted Oklahoma.

Heh - only -24C here today so I won't bother going to get a picture. Played hockey outside at -15 yesterday for two hours. Yay Canada!
