I bought the front winch bumper with hoop from them and I was billed up front and yes I waited 2 months to receive it. I wanted a semi-gloss powder coat instead of their standard textured finish, so that added to the wait time. I was in contact with John from Benchmark about once a week via email. He was very nice & professional in his responses, but sometimes it would be days before I got a response. It was a bit annoying since this was one of the reasons I chose Benchmark over Shrockworks.

However, I just got the bumper on Monday and I will say that it looks great and is very well made. Worth the wait in my opinion, but I'm sure others would disagree. Benchmark is a legit company but could use some better customer service. I get the impression that their only a 1-2 man shop and they only respond to customers in between cranking out their parts.

 

I wish Benchmark would send my Rotopax for the tire carrier. It's only been 4 months Plus, my pin was cracked when I got it. Looks like it'd work ok for awhile but not sure how long. Where would I get one of those? John? I've already asked.
I've emailed, called, pm'ed, and replied to threads.

I'll just keep waiting

 

I just got mine... I got the shipping info back on Feb. 8th... No response, no info, just took my money and then waited for a month to ship? Overstocked my a$$.
It seems to me that they said that to get a bunch of orders and then became backordered very quickly...
Oh well. it does look very solid, which the welds were a little cleaner but I can do that...
