Default Benchmark Designs oil pan issue. Are they still in business?

I have a benchmark designs oil pan that is leaking from a couple of the welds (see video). I sent an email to benchmark designs and he emailed me back stating that he would replace the oil pan. Now he will not reply to any of my emails and it has been a couple of weeks.

Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Does anyone know where there business is actually located or live close to them?

Can't be positive its the same company, but I was reading a thread on this site someone else reallying having a problem with some tube doors. I think it was the same company. Try doing a fourm search of past posts you might be able to get some info from others looking for them as well.

If you get an e-mail from John then feel yourself lucky. There are many of us who have their products, but they still refuse to communicate, even after all the write ups from forum members. Hope you get something resolved and good luck.

I bought a front bumper from him, the powder coat is already peeling off. He emailed me once like you and I haven't heard from him again

How long ago did you buy the bumper?

I was going to get one of their oil pans... I think I will look for something else now.

Still no word from benchmark! Are they a sponsoring vendor on this forum?

I managed to get an email from them about 1.5 weeks ago after emailing and leaving a voice mail asking for a refund or that I would dispute the charge on my credit card for the rear bumper deposit. However they did not reply to me when I asked how long the refund would take. So it seems like they have a pulse still but not much of one.

Do you have an actual address for their shop or know anyone that can stop over at his place?
