Quadratec has a hitch mounted Allen bike rack that will is designed to clear the rear mounted spare.

I think if you call them or search their site you'll find it.

Can't recommend any of the tire mounted ones as I've not tried them.

Any bike shop would have them. Even websites like Quadratec have them. I suggest one that attaches to your spare, so you can open the back easily. I have one that with a 2" reciever that I like, but my next rack will go on the spare.

I did an obsessive amount of research looking for a bike rack. I ended up getting a North Shore Rack (North Shore Racks) and LOVE IT. It will fit 4 50 pound DH rigs no problem. It is rock solid and clears aftermarket spares with ease. My buddy has a Saris Trax Pro 4 bike one and it is good too. . .you would need an aftermarket extension if you have bigger tires. While this clears the spare, does it allow you to open the back? That was the biggest problem I had when I was looking and decided to get a roof rack and put the bikes up there. Not as easy, but I can fit 7 bikes if needed.
