Boy... I just don't see it that way -- a boycott means to "withdraw from commercial relations as a protest" - and that is exactly what I'm doing -- they are resellers of products that I want but unless one takes a stand and does not order from them, they continue their policies... That's all I'm saying -- 2000 people can reply and say they are still ordering -- 3 can say they're not for all I care -- My greatest hope would be that people would send them emails telling them their shipping rates STINK and they would change them... This is a capitalist market (at least for you USA members)

I know what a boycott is.

Individually I can see it, something like, "I'm going to boycott quadratec"

Instead of a nice general suggestion like "boycott quadratec?"

Dig?

As one who buys and sells regularly on ebay, I can tell you that shipping charges have sky-rocketed over the last several months. Quadratec isn't being unfair to anyone. If you don't want to pay the shipping, go somewhere else, but you're gonna get screwed on shipping nowadays by any company.
I had an ebay yard sale before Christmas and made some pretty good money...or so I thought. I overestimated the weight of the packages AND added on handling charges, but when I took all the stuff to have it shipped, I ended up paying twice as much as the amount I charged my customers. I couldn't believe it!!!!
So...anyway...give 'em a break!!!! Don't bust their chops on a public forum for something they can't completely control.

I believe this is why we should all shop at Northridge! Great prices on stuff and I had free shipping and no tax!

Yup and were free to call you out and say a boycott is not warranted. Freedom of speech is awesome isn't it!

So we boycott the shipping companies

Everything will be fine now... um, until I have to drive and get it?

But seriously, if you feel the freight is too high, get an account with your courier of choice and have them bill your account. They (seller) may be willing to participate. And, you may uncover the markup they have in the freight if any.

Just a thought
