Default Brake / Rotor / Axle Issues

Hey everyone,

I've been having issues with my jeep since the first repair a dealership had supposedly done. After blaming the brakes a 3rd dealership found that the axle was bent. They replaced it, sound went away. I do not do much driving (2015 JKUR < 6k miles) I start to hear the sound again. Again, I bring it back in and now they are saying the same side, the rotors are warped.

My question is this. Because the axle shaft was making contact, is it possible the technicians "missed" the warped rotor and it's from the "original" repairs that should have been covered? Simplified -- can a bend axle cause a warped rotor? I'd appreciate the information.

Thank you.
