Can anyone help me PLEEEEAASSEEE
Hi I've been on here a few times, I ordered my 4r Rubi in Rescue green back in November of 06 and my dealership not only tells me I"m still in BG (or BX can't remember, they've got my order) but he wont even look into where my jeep is with his rep. He just keeps saying "there's no updates" and that's it!!! I ordered from Centennial Chrysler in Barrie Ontario Canada and I know there are delivery issues with CAnadian orders (plus everything I ordered had a delay attached to it) but I'm getting worried now that I"ve been waiting for 5 months and I'm not going to be getting a jeep!!!! Does anyone know someone from the factory or someone who owns a dealership or is best friends with a rep that I can give my VON# to so that I can get a truthful answer?!??! I'm dyin' here and the canandian 1-800 number wont tell me anything no matter how many times i've tried, I've even tried the US # and everytime I call they wont tell me anything either!!!! I hate not knowing what the heck is going on! and the dealership seems to think they shouldn't be calling their rep to see what the deal is! Any help would be greatly appreciated as I"ve been getting driven around for the last 2 months because I sold my car based on the 12 week delivery I was originally told. Thanks, Grimm (Heather)
Heather, I'm not sure this will help you at all, but I ordered mine in December and was told not to expect it until May (6 months) I actually got it a couple weeks ago but it still took 5 months.
