Check out the new Rugged Ridge snorkels. They replace the cowl, but not sure what needs to be cut.

and do military spec which includes electrical seal with electrical grease compound

Military spec? Is that the name of item or type of detail to work? Havent heard of it.

With the rugged ridge snorkel you just have to trim the cowl. And it can be put back to stock
