I called the Jeep coustomer hotline about my 4 door rubicon I ordered Feb. 13, the lady told me it was in ZA status. She had no clue what ZA stood for so I called my sales rep. who also didn't know what it stood for. I did a little reasearch and found out that it means the order has been cancelled. My sales rep. said that if my Jeep isn't picked up by the last build date May 7 then it will automatically be an '08. Has this happened to anyone else?

 

What? That's insane! Nobody knows why the order was cancelled? Sounds to me like the dealer is a ________ (fill in favorite explitive).

I wouldn't be asking the sales rep about the codes, I'd ask where the hell your jeep was.

Is this the first time you've checked the status since you ordered it?

 

Nope, I've checked the status many times and it never got further then BG.
