The menu should look like this. Is this not popping up when you hit the menu button?

I see that if I go online which I guess I'll have to do now. The android playtime app DOES NOT WORK. that sucks

Not sure why some of you are having issues, but I will have someone look at it. Both my devices are working fine with the mobile app.

Had the same issue with my S5. Lower left button (use to be menu button), press and hold, the menu should show up.
