Seems like it would allow a pressure increase in the engine bay. Wouldn't that reduce the air flow through the radiator?

Looks like a good way to get water under the hood. Ever notice that huge seal strip in the front of the stock hood? This is the opposite :S And with the upcoming "integrated CAI", you could hydrolock in record time!

Looking at the "Ansani Designs" website... I've never seen so many mud tires on 24" bling rims :( blech.

Allowing the air flow into the engine compartment would reduce the pressure.

That grill they make with the dual headlight setup looks like it belongs with a bling loaded vehicle.

Sorry. Not true.
The scoop will pack more air into the engine bay.
There is no way that will lower the pressure in there.

Yeah I agree, looks like it would increase pressure and give you about a 2,000% greater chance to hydrolock your Jeep. One big puddle at any speed other than "tortoise" and you're done for!

maybe I'm missing something here, but the entire bottom of the engine bay is open, so wouldn't this just improve airflow through the enginge bay?

I agree with the Hydrolock, but might be good in conjunction with a snorkel though. Also, I noticed the company is located in Tempe, AZ, so while we do have water here, most off roading is in the desert and dust & heat are a bigger concern than water.
