We live about 3 hours from the plant in Toledo so it is a quick delivery for us. Shipped on a Thursday and at the dealers Monday.
That's good news. Hopefully, my Jeep is in D1 status now.

Ordered mine on 11-Mar. Called today and it's in BX. Heard there was a parts hold on the hard top so went w/the soft top to minimize wait time and I can put
a custom hard top on in later.

Sahara Unlimited 4x4, Jeep Green, Tow, Side Airbags. !Slip, 18" tires/wheels

Crossing my fingers for Mid-May. Any ideas on what average time is between BX and when it attains a true corpeal form?

thedukepatio, welcome to the forum.

I sat in BG for a couple of months and D for another couple of months.

D1 is when they actually start to build the vehicle and delivery is not too far away.

Hopefully you won't have to wait as long as I did but it is well worth the wait!

Has anyone seen this???

What is lead time? Is that how long it will take to make the vehicle? I ask this because it seems to take longer than 18 weeks for some. Check out the lead time on a 4x4 compass.. WOW

I guess I have about 6 weeks to go before I hit the 18 week mark, though it was only 12weeks lead time when I ordered it. I guess ordering a Rubi Unlimited is a lesson in patients. Doing the BG BX dance. Aarrgghh...

I was told 8-10.. but don't be surprised if its 12.... I would like to get it by June 7th.. That would put me at week 13. I have a feeling that its not going to happen.

Lead time was 18 - 20 weeks when I ordered and it took 20 weeks. The Lead Time is the average time it takes from order date to delivery. Some are sooner and some are later. They can build your Jeep in a day or two as they build 600 on average each day. This news article is a few months old but has interesting info in it.

Yeah I'm thinking 18-20 is pretty right on. I'm sitting at week 8, and mine has been pretty average moving. But it seems every major step you move you have to wait more. I'm in KZL for 10 days now.

I'm wondering if theres a railcar shortage?
