A day to build? No I wasn't aware of that. I can stop worrying? Time to go to lunch then. Thanks for clearing that up. Now the shipping from Oh to my southern NJ Jeep 5 star dealer is my only guesstimate. It may seem short to others but it will be a lifetime and a half for me. I can not imagine what it would be like to go through this for months on end for some of you.

 

Thanks Ghostship - just reaching out for a little more luck and maybe a little reassurance. After 16 weeks any good news just seems too good to be true! "I'll believe it when I see it" kind of thing. This forum has been great, almost like some kind of therapy to help deal with the frustrations of waiting for an order - you've always had tons of insight and great information along the way - thanks!

 

Hello Ghostship. I received a ship date of 10/8 at the end of September and there's been no movement and no updates. I'm not just worried, I'm pouting :whoaisme: :whoaisme: :whoaisme:

I ordered an Unlimited Sahara on August 1st. I'm just hoping that I'll see it in person before the end of the year.

 

Ina I ordered 8/3 so you're ahead of the game if you have the same build date. I'm in central NJ (Trenton suburb), maybe our Jeeps will be on the same truck. Gary I had to wait three weeks for wheels on my 05 Sport. How do you run out of wheels? It pissed me off and I told the dealer to make them put different wheels on it, that didn't work I had to wait.

I ordered on sept 18th and I just checked my dealer I am now in D1 status with ship date of Oct 25th! I can't freakin wait!

Sahara unlimited, mygig, additional air bags, anti slip, tow package, remote start + sitting in drivers seat = hardon!

 

I'm pretty close, too.

9/13 - Ordered
10/15 - D1 (est. ship date 10/26)
10-16 - D1 (est. ship date 10/20)
10/18 - D1 (est. ship date 10/20)

Not too confident that they'll get it done and shipped by the 20th, but it shouldn't be long!! I was originally told to expect to get it in December or January, so I'm thrilled!!

When you live in AZ, it's not going to be 2 1/2 days, probably more like 2 1/2 weeks, When I went from D to C and back to D now, I'm still not convinced that it will be built when they so, so yes I worry. Once it's been built and I know it has shipped, then I will relax.
