Funny thing... my dealer had told me that my BG status was not able to be modified. Thank to help form this forum I insisted that it could be changed. Guess what...it could. Dealer told me he feels like an idiot. I guess the dealer does not know all.

Ok, I ordered a 4dr JK Sahara on 9-19-07, called on 10-10-07 and the status was BX so I waited another two weeks and called on 10-24-07 and the status was still BX... of course I was bummed out, but still anxious and excited about getting a new Jeep.
This evening as I was sitting here watching tv my dealer calls me and says that my Jeep is at the dealership, ready to be picked up!!! What the...!?! only 3 days after I called Chrysler and was told that it was still in BX status. Confusing to say the least, but hey, Im not complaining!
Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I the only lucky one?
This evening as I was sitting here watching tv my dealer calls me and says that my Jeep is at the dealership, ready to be picked up!!! What the...!?!
only 3 days after I called Chrysler and was told that it was still in BX status. Confusing to say the least, but hey, Im not complaining!Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I the only lucky one?

I'd have to suspect that the status codes are not being updated, or if they are, only infrequently.
