Cleaning the axles

I have a 2007 unlimited X. Is there any product I can use to clean the outside of my axles they are not rusty but faded and look quite bad being lifted.

Pressure washer and some degreaser and then hit with a coat of paint.

X2,i get on a creeper and hand wash the underside plus gives me a chance to look things over,then touch up paint as needed
