I don't have an engineering degree, so I'm no certified expert... But that break over angle might pose a problem on the trail and quite possibly a few driveways I have seen.

Not much different than the hummer limos I've seen. IF he did it right, lifted, customized a little more, etc., I'm sure there would be people who would rent it.
