Default Cold Draft Under the Seats

Hello All

Im 35 and after 14 different cars this is my First Jeep- I've alway wanted one since high school but it was to small. Once the 4 dr came out I knew I was buyin. The Problem I have is - Its 0-10 degree wind chills in NJ and I always feel a cold and I mean ice Cold Draft under my seat. I stuffed it with a pillow to see if it would help, but it doesnt.

Even when I have the heat turned all the way, my right foot is on Fire and the back of my legs are icicles.

Oh the floor heat is directed majorly to the right foot and makes it hard to keep the hot air blowing to the ground. I put a 1 1/2 inch elbow in the duct to help move it more evenly to the left, but that doesnt help the cold situation.

Can anyone point me to where the draft is coming from or is it just the sheet metal to outside temp that Im dealing with. I can only work on the car outside so time is not on my side. Thanks Mike

Just a thought, you don't have the air cabin recirculation button on? That's the one under the fan control switch.

I've noticed a draft coming from the door about half way down, close to the speaker housing. Have not really looked at the sealing there yet...but I would assume that is where it is coming from. I can feel it at highway speeds...

Default Heated Seats

I would get the aftermarket heated seats. They may cost 200 per seat but in my mind worth every penny. JDJ
