Is this common in your town?
I live in Northern Virginia.
My 13 mile commute to work out of the 5 jeeps I see two are modified. Now this is heavily congested area and on average people have a 40 mile one way commute.
I do see a lot of Rubicon's with just a winch and a front bumper here.

I think there are a ton of modded Jeeps here in Northern VA. But, being that it's so close to DC and lots of people commute a good ways up and down I95, you won't really see to many on the main roads for the most part. Here in Fredericksburg, there are probably more modded Jeeps in one way or another than stock. Just my opinion...
Or maybe all they need is a just winch. Some people don't odered everything they in the catalog. For the most part I wouldn't consider those image mod. I do see a lot of people with 4" of lift with 35's and you can tell those Jeep don't see a trail.
MikeJKUR: I see about 4 every day while headed to work (8 mile commute to manassas
I live in a small town just outside if MikeJKUR's city and almost every jeep I see is modified. I think the further north you go, the more stock they will tend to be.

) and usually they're mod-ed, you need to stick to Rt 28 to find them I guess?

Seems like the big cities have less mods and the outskirts have more modified jeeps from what I am reading. Of course its just a guess based on this thread. I was in McLean, dc, and Arlington for the most part. Since many city dwellers don't always have access to a garage, I can see how they may be less interested in modifying their jeep.
