Crash
Merry Christmas lol. Week before Christmas guy in a rush to go shopping cut in front of me. Least bumper took most of the hit and protected me and my 22 month old. But broken axle tube and broken steering box. Plus bumper. No fender damage but the flare. But the problem is no name insurance company he has.

Thank you. Glad my daughter is ok as well. We are at the hospital to check her out and check me. Green light for her but I have been waiting for over an hour for a ct scan. Years ago I would have just waived it cause it don't hurt bad. But now a days you have to protect yourself. It's a shame.
Man that is a shame. Glad you guys are okay.
I bet his vehicle didn't fair so well tangling with a Jeep and especially that front bumper!
Hope you get a great diagnosis from the scan and you guys can enjoy the holidays!
The Jeep can be fixed and now you have a good excuse to make it stronger and better than before.

It was a 99 Honda accord. Hit right above his passenger rear wheel. Yeah it got tore open like a tin can. Wish I took pictures. I'm still waiting. This health care system is so slow.
Man best of luck to you and the insurance. I was rearended by a guy that hand some crappy insurance. It wasn't untill I gave my insurance the go ahead to file uninsured motorest claim that they finally hit the ball rolling. Smh
Uninsured Motorist Property Damage (UMPD), which shouldn't be confused with Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury (UMBI), isn't offered in OP's state (PA). He may be able to file under the collision coverage of his policy. He should discuss this ASAP with his agent to find out exactly how this works in PA, and hopefully put his mind at ease.

Get to talk with the insurance company today. Reading other accident threads on here and hoping the frame mounts ain't twisted but then last could do a long arm. But my new concern is the driveline. Did it tweak the motor mount or shift the trans and transfer. Man a lot of stuff to take off if they total it.
I work in insurance and had a client come in two days ago to tell me about a wreck. Girl was in the right lane and he was in left lane. She decided to make a left turn from the right lane and he smashed her car up pretty good. After some investigation I found that she wrote down some bogus insurance information. His only course of action right now is claims court. Make sure all you guys are covering yourselves and your vehicles well with good insurance.
