FWIW, I got a 3"X30' from 4 wheel for 39 bucks with loops on both ends.

If it's a "just in case" strap - ask the sales person for a cheap one.

If you plan to use it quite a bit, then ARB or Pro-Comp both work well for me. I own about 6 of the straps. I use my 30' 3" Pro-Comp stap the most.
