Dealership refusing to provide bill of sale

Finally, after talking to the Sales Manager, the sales guy filled out all the paperwork correctly. To top it all off, I had them write on the sales agreement that the Green Levy is ZERO, so if it magically shows up... they wil have to eat it. Which, considering I had to pay MSRP is the least they can do.
Of the six 4dr Rubicon's they have ordered (allocated for first shipment), when he was showing me the screen, two are already sold, including mine. So I can understand why they will not budge on price. Two of their 8 allocated Saharas are also sold.
