Tried to do this before I bought cowl covers. Paintless dent repair, basically uses different tools to push the metal back into place. There is a big chunk of metal that blocks them from doing this.
It's is a terrible design flaw from jeep. Maybe they have a reason for making like this, I just don't get it.

I'm pretty sure they use suction cup pullers, to pull it out. No need to push from behind, when you can pull from the front.

I tried to slide a large bar in and gently pry it out from behind. I missed the dent and make a couple new ones from behind. Now I don't think paintless sent repair we even work. Looks like cowl covers and door stops it is.

Anyone have issue withe the adhesive ones? I'm not big on just "sticking" stuff on a vehicle...
