Default Bring on the wind...

Just try the freeway and enjoy it....I can't wait to have the time to take the top and doors off!!!! You can also buy half doors or after market frame type doors...

have the time??? it doesnt take that long! Best thing to do is leave the hinge caps, nuts, whatever you want to call them, off so all u have to is unplug the wire harness and take the strap off and pick your door up

+1. The underside torx nuts on the hinges are to protect against theft, not accidental dislodging of the door.

I'm gonna leave mine off until the hard top goes on, then I'll put them back on just so I can keep track of them.

It has been so nice here for the last week the top and doors haven't left the garage, so far nothing has left the Jeep. Plus I came up with what I think is a pretty good hard top storage solution, I put it on the garage floor next to the Jeep and parked the wife's minivan outside.

They do sell them in almost every catalogue I get. Also there have been some cheap DIY rigs posted here including the ones I did but they are not hinge mounts.

Just keep the windshield up. Keeps bugs out of your teeth.
