Cut the flares, cut the stock bumper, plastidip stuff, bedline hinges, make some quick disconnects (7/16" clevis pin, 2 cotter pins and 4 washers to replace bolts), flip the rear view mirror upside down. See link below

You can get the parts for about $5 at lowes, or pay a decent ammount more for aftermarket ones
