Default estimate on body work

Was wondering if anyone on here is experienced enough to give me a rough estimate to what this will cost me to get fixed.

You will be looking at 400 to 600 bucks depending on shop to repair and refinish. Or hammer it back flat touch up the paint and install rocker guards like Poison spider that will cover that area and protect it from future damage.

How would I hammer if back out?

http://shop.poisonspyder.com/Jeep-JK.../18-08-410.htm

Is that what your referring to? It mentions rubi rails, are they required for install? Maybr I read it wrong.

Appreciate the answers so far.

Those will cover up the damage, and you don't need rubi rails. There are alot of companies make these, look around you may find something you like better. You don't really need to hammer it out, just cover with paint.

I have a dent in the same panel as that and was quoted $850. I covered it with armor.
