Can everyone chime in on a question I have??

Did or does your factory shocks have any " black overspray" on them from the factory???

My Rubi shocks had some black overspray on them and I thought it was normal. Has recently been pointed out that it might not be. I wouldh't have thought otherwise.

Please let me know...
