im not sure what i did but i was sitting in traffic and the "off road" model of an fj cruiser pulled up next to me at the light. i glanced over and he was staring me down. so im thinking. "wtf..? douche bag is just jealous" sure enough when the light turned green he gave me the finger and took off. do we have some rivalry between us and fj cruisers i didnt know about?

 

i just answered my own question. LOL. my girlfriend just gave me this magazine she bought.

 

that guy sounds hardcore jealous.

there are some minute feelings of tension between jeep drivers and fj drivers but

A) i think its mostly felt while on the trail when both vehicles are present and

B) its mostly fj drivers being upset that their trucks aren't as capable as ours.

i've noticed however, the tension has made its way to the streets.

just two days ago i was in traffic and this fj with nice black rims, rugged off road tires and KC lights, rolled slowly by mean and the driver held an "intense" facial expression while looking at me like he was making his presence known. it was funny! i guess they just feel some competition.

i say, f&#k it, y can't we just all be friends, after all once on the trail, those fj's are gona need us Jeeps to pull them out!!

 

lol just ignore it i ignore the jerks at my trail spot they try to lead the newcomers it the bogs where they know they'll get stuck bad and leave them there

 

I was out in the middle of nowhere Moab, hadn't seen a soul all day, finally come across a guy in a Toyota. I wave just because I hadn't seen anyone all day. He shakes his head and guns his engine so I end up in his dust and rocks.

Not cool.

 

i should have given him an american made, detonator yellow, jeep enema when he stopped at the next light. but im a nice guy oh well....
