That's one thing I love about Europeans.

Vehicles over there are much more utilitarian than they are over here. Sure some people own vehicles just to have one, but for the most part, they use them as tools.

Hence why there are a lot more smaller economical cars there. If someone owns a fast car, they flat get in it and run it hard.

If they own a Jeep, they're going to beat the hell out of it and use it.
