I am house hunting for a place with a garage. I am worried about lifting the Jeep because I have pulled mine into a friends garage and been about 6 inches from hitting the door opener. I wanted the safari light bar but I may have to settle for the windshield mounts due to height restrictions. Anyone have any pics of Jeep vs Garage?

 

With a 3" lift and 35's, mine is about 6'6" tall. Most residential garage doors are 7' openings before trim is added. While I am here... did you really add a Rubicon sticker to your X?

 

It's just a garage door..........Put cut out's in the door to clear for the light's ............gotta have the lights.

 

I installed a 5.5"RE LA kit and 37" IROK's on my old TJ. When I finished it wouldn't fit out through the door. I had to air down to 2 psi to squeeze it out...:confused:

 

I built my garage door 18' by 8 foot tall. I am good to go.....

 

I measured the new house today with the Jeep parked in it. 8 3/4" clearance from the rear of the hardtop to the bottom of the garage door when open. I guess bumper mount lights it is:sad:
