I have had my Unlimited X since the middle of November. I have averaged 10 to 13 mph in town, w/ auto and 4.10 gears.

Ouch - that's pretty rough... then again, you're hauling around some extra weight compared to my 2 door, so I'm hoping I can at least see around 15 mpg in town... Like I said, I love the JK, so it is what it is... I'm just hoping that it'll get a bit better...

The auto does rob some power from getting to the ground for sure. The 4:10 makes the auto thirsty as well. What RPM are you turning @ 60 mph?

I seem to be getting 17+ around town and 19+ on the highway ... sure beats 14-15 in the X (with the 33's on) and way better then the 9-10mpg (when I have the 36's on it) .. only bad (though fun) thing is I seem to be finding reasons to drive way more thus needing to fill up more often.

I'm averaging 18-19 mpg (90% highway), this seems to be average from what all you guys are saying. I'm sure the cruise control helps...

My avg seems to be 14.5 to 15 through my first few tanks (1500 miles). That is with allot of stop and go driving. I have a 4 door X with 4:10's and a 6 spd.

I have noticed with mine that when the weather is warmer I get better gas mileage. When it was around 40-50 degrees when I first got it I was around 17.5. When is went into the teens I was getting around 15.5. With the last warm spike it was up again and now its going back down since its cold again.
