Getting in/out of backseat still tough in 2-door?

To avoid this problem I just removed my back seat. No problem at all.

If you look at all the crap hooked up to the bottom of the passenger seat. air bag control etc.I can see why it cant move too far. Also the seatbelt is hooked to the side of the seat. The drivers side seat belt hooks to the floor. WTF is up with that. There is a post on here about moving the seat belt mount to the floor on the passenger side. that might help. I just tell people GOOD LUCK gettin back out of there.

It was a real PITA to get into the back seat of my Rubi, but since I added the side armor rails, which double as steps, it seems to have made it a little easier at least.

It is a lot easier to get in and out with the top off.

It has to rate as the worst case of lazy ass engineering and incompitance getting rid of the tip and slide feature...DC outdid themselves with this obviously overt omission,

I've only been in the backseat of my JK twice now. Right now its very easy to sit in because it is sitting in my garage ! I hardly ever have anyone in the rear seat anyways, this comes to mind!!!! Sorry couldn't resist....

Kids are grown...Jeep is mine! Back seat is for important stuff like my jacket, hat and beer!

I dont have to drive for lunch when i have my jeep cause none of the guys i work with can climb in.
