Default to go above the stealership.. ??

Who would you call to go over the dealerships head on a problem...???
A buddy of mine is having a heck of a time dealing with a specific dealership...
They promissed to fix a scratch and now they are just giving him the run around.... There has got to be someone you can call to light fire under some of these dealerships...

Better Business Bureau - File a complaint and they will contact the business owner and request a response from the dealership. Most of the time businesses all of the sudden will jump through hoops to take care of you. but the BBB is a consumer advocate and worth a try.

http://www.bbb.org/

You can even check on the stealerships track record and find out if they have a history of this.

..... no disrespect to those that posted these ideas, but forget the news, and forget the BBB. If this is a large dealership they are going to have tons of complaints with the BBB (it's part of that type of business, and dealing with a diverse clientel') and they are going to care less about another one.

Hey, I bet I know which dealer you are talking about, they're the evil empire. I was thrown out of their service dept after they ruined the drivers door on my new dodge pickup. I went all the way to So Cal to get my Jk ordered. Go BBB, or at least tell them you will if they don't do what they said they would. They actually care about that.
