Going price of a used Hardtop?
Been on hunt for a hardtop ever since I bought my 2010 JK with only the soft top.
Just wondering what would be the going price for a used hardtop?
One person I found claims to have never used hardtop and want crazy amount of money for it.
What would be your offer on one such as that and even one that its decent shape?
thanks.

If you didn't get the dual tops when you bought it from the dealership, I doubt you'll find a "cheap" one for a while.
When I bought my JK I was talking to the salesman and he said if you buy a new JK with a softtop only, you could add the hardtop for about $600, which is really cheap considering they're over 2k seperately.
I'm sure if you go around somewhere and look for a while you could find one reasonably priced, but I'm sure you'll run into someone else searching for the same one when you find the one you want, haha.

Quadratec, etc
Quadratec and other sites sell JK hard tops. You won't find one for $750 or even $1000, but you can get a top.
Personally, I've never seen a good used JK hard top for as low as $750 to $1000. I see used TJ tops for the $1000 - $1200 range pretty frequently.
No one in their right mind sells a Jeep hard top if they have it, unless their Jeep got totaled or something.
I'll keep and eye peeled for you and if I see one I'll PM you.

See those are great prices but this guy is actually firm on 2100! Saying it's never been used and off a 2008. With winter practically here I could really use the hardtop but not at that price. They are really hard to find and I hope I don't become to desperate and blow that kind of money. Personally I don't care about condition as it's just the winter beater (roof not my jk)

I've got one for $1200. Off a 2011 2-door sport. It's like new, because shortly after I got the jeep, I moved to So Cal and only use a soft top there. It's at my parents place in MN if you're interested. I'm about to put it on the sales section.
