32900 on a 4 door rubi aint bad. 7500 for a 100k mile tj aint bad either. Sounds pretty good to me. I am sure that there will be a few guys on here to tell you to go lower thuogh and you may be able to. If youa re comfortable with it, that is what matters. Is it the color and options you want? maybe you could hit them up for some perks, throw in the soft top too, or some upgraded floor mats. Who knows, enjoy it eirther way

I believe if you sign up with http://www.treadlightly.org for 3 yrs ($60) that gets you 1% below invoice, so if you do that, you may even be able to talk the dealer down a little more

$32,910.... I guess I might be a cheap ass, but damn thats still a lot of money. Unless your dead set on the Rubi and doing a lot of off-roading, I would consider the sport. If you can buy for 1% under invoice, you should be able to come pretty close to 21-22K on a sport .You can do a lot of upgrades for $11,000. To each his own I guess. Atleast your considering a jeep and not a hummer Let us know what you decide.

ask them to split the holdback with you. Usually employee pricing is below invoice and they still make money on the back-end. On the bottom of the invoice should be numbers that they probably have "blacked-out" and the lowest number is the true amount they paid for the vehicle. If they're offering 1% below it sounds like they are really wanting to move the unit. They are probably willing to deal a little bit better. Typically they won't do "throw-ins" because there is more margin on them, but if they don't go lower on the final price try to get as much as you can in add-ons.
