Absolutely. As long as you torgued to the manufacturers specs and used loctite, you will be good to go. I would check the torque after 100 miles or so, then make it a habit to check them every time you rotate and balance the tires just to make sure nothing has come loose.

Yuppers. I checked my spidertrax at about 500 miles after install. 1 nut was loose. Ive rotated tires twice since then and checked both times with NO loose nuts. Thats about 10K miles on the spacers without issue. Been off-road several times during that time also.
My only suggestion would be to swap out the spare too. Not just for good looks, but for function too.
Since you set to 90, set your torque wrench to 80 when checking the spacer lug nuts and turn until it clicks/beeps/whatevers. You don't actually want to turn the nuts because that would break the Loctite seal (if you could; that red Loctite is nearly impossible to break).
