Got Pulled Over Today

...... ........ so true
cops in ohio dont care about stuff like no doors. I drive around as often as I can stripped. I have been next to the chief of police in his cruiser, and he looked over. never said a thing. I went to medina ( one of the highest ticketing issue cities in ohio) and received a compliment about how the jeep looked with out the doors. Yes a ohio cop/statie will pull you over for speeding. but as long as you are not driving like a ass, they dont care.
I have received tickets here in ohio, for stupid things, racing, speeding, (not in the JK). But cops here dont really care about no top and no doors.

It seems to be that some of the anger in this thread is misplaced. Police officers enforce laws enacted by elected officials. Elected officials are elected by us. Officers did not decide that doors cannot be removed. Legislators did. When civil law is based upon fundamental principles of justice (do not murder, do not steal, do not bear false witness), it has moral force as well as civil enforcement. But when laws are arbitrary and incoherent, then respect for law in general declines. We pretend to be a free society, but we have long ago accepted a level of arbitrary regulation and inconsistent enforcement that would have appalled our forefathers. The police officer is given the task of enforcing both laws concerning fundamental justice and enforcing arbitrary and sometimes inane regulation. It’s a difficult task. Most do it well. The same cannot be said for our legislators as a class.

I was out in Malvern, near Valley Forge. But shoot... Hatfield is right around the corner from where I live. GOOD LUCK, and be sure to let us all know how it goes!
Uh oh...I drive through malvern doorless almost every day. *gulp*
If I ever get a ticket for it, I'll fight it on this grounds: the inspection law states that the doors must "be functioning as originally designed." Since they were originally designed to be removable, then they are functioning as originally designed.
Hey, look me up next time you're in Malvern, and we can go get muddy...I know a few places........

maybe because it's the only place open 24/7 for a quick meal and coffee cause we don't have time to sit down for a real meal in case we have to respond to an urgent call to save one sorry ass like yours.... sorry I had to comment......
