Hey Guys,


I just wanted to put it out there that I bought a mirror relocation kit for ride probably 2 years ago from Lange Originals (The Sell Hard Top Hoists & Mirror Relocation Kits). Well from use the threads on the mounting bracket worn out and stripped. I called the company direct today,Sam, The actual owner of the company picked up the phone. And he is going to warranty the part for me along with send me a new bolt and knob to attach the mirror to the bracket. Didnt even charge me for shipping. This is the way more companies should be these days actually stand behind their product. I just wanted to give him props for there original product & his unwritten but expressed warranty to me. I was actually pumped when I got off the phone with him. It was actually probably the best thing that happened to me today, besides coming home to see my dog and my girl.... lol

I am getting so sick of this country and all its BIG BUSINESS. All the huge companies with no integrity are taking out a lot of the mom & pop shops because they can offer product just enough cheaper because they push volume.

The Lange Originals quick mirror I got for my JK sucks donkey balls. They need to do more R&D before releasing a $60 POS. They may have good CS, but this product is junk. I chalked it up to live and learn, just like that skidrow skidplate I bought, then gave away.
