If you are like me, it seems that good customer service is getting harder to find.
I am glad to let everyone know that I found it!!

I just purchased the new Expedition One trail series Rear Bumper with tire carrier and not only is it one of the best designed and built Jeep accessories I have seen, but their attention to customer service is impeccable!!

1) You don't pay for it until it is ready to ship.
2) They update you during every step of the process.
3) When there was a problem with shipping the install hardware they express shipped it at no additional charge.

On top of all that, this is an excellent product that is made right here in the USA!!!

I tip my hat to the outstanding people at Expedition One!!

What finish is that? Looks herculined or rhinolined?

 

Herculiner. It came with black powder coat. I wanted the added protection.

Thanks. I have used in on the tub, bumpers and fenders. It has stood up well to alot of abuse on the trail.
