Next to top off, doors off is the best reason to own a Wrangler and it's just natural for me to rest my foot on the door well

Hang my foot out of my 95 YJ, 5-speed. If you drive it enough, you don't really need the clutch to shift it.

I try to drive with sandals when I take the door(s) off, so I can leave it safely in the Jeep... I like resting the bottom of my foot on the top door hinge.

I always hang my foot out and try and rest it where the door hinge is, but would be tons better with a peg Where do you get the foot pegs?? i tried looking for some a few times but no luck...
