I have dual tops and love it. Sounds like you might only need the hard top for your usage but I suspect you would enjoy the softop during the summer. Easy up and easy down... try to negotiate a favorable price during year end model change.

I got my 2012 for $3,600 less than sticker including my tax, tags and license so it was a great deal...

 

Voted hardtop only just because I had the same debate when I bought mind and that was my decision .
